  • BBC Covid Social Media Assets: For a global pandemic you need global news. Use these BBC World Service social media cards to promote when your station is airing BBC programming.

  • BBC Minute: The Coronavirus Outbreak
    • Emailed daily
    • Air Window: Available at 6:00-10:00 am ET Mon-Fri, and a second version available 1:00-5:00 p.m. ET (must be aired the same day).
    • How to sign up: Stations should complete this short form. These details will be passed on to the BBC Minute team, who will be sending this segment daily. (expect a 24-48 hour delay once completing the form)

  • Coronavirus Global Conversations on BBC OS
    • Air Window: Airs live Monday-Fridays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. ET on the BBC WS Stream
    • Description: Nuala McGovern brings people together from around the world with a shared experience of living through this pandemic. The live show takes place each weekday and seeks to bring human voices to the global politics and statistics. During the hour, Nuala also invites a medical expert to answer audience questions about the virus; she also has all the latest COVID-19 developments, and before the hour is up, she tries each day to find some coronavirus stories that might give cause to smile.
  • Coronavirus Global Update - 5 minute bulletin
    • Air Window: Two editions, Mon-Fri from 2:00 pm - 2:00 am ET* and 2:00 am - 2:00 pm ET.
      • 2:00 am ET ends on June 12
      • 2:00 pm ET ceases at the end of July
      • *Time stamps have been removed from the 2:00 pm - 2:00 am ET edition. If airing is delayed, add disclaimer that the program was "recorded earlier by the BBC"
    • Description: A daily round up of the latest on the spread of the Coronavirus around the world; the 5 min bulletin includes reports from affected areas and details of the latest medical information. It looks at the global effects on health, business, sport, travel, and more.

  • Coronavirus Global Conversations
    • Airs Saturdays from 9 - 9:30 pm ET (repeats Sun 2-2:30 am ET) on the BBC World Service

    • Description: A place to talk about the impact of the coronavirus; and where people from all over the world come together to discuss our shared experience of the epidemic – and how to get through it. The group discussions include doctors, Olympians, supermarket workers and more. The program brings their words together to hear how we are all responding to this global challenge.
